The Abellio Empire Expands

Long overdue, but needed.

On Saturday 25th May 2019, Abellio London assumed operation of route E11 (Ealing, Warwick Dene to Greenford Broadway) from London United. It is operated from their temporary Southall (AB) garage. Only a week later, on Saturday 1st June, Abellio assumed route E10 (Ealing Broadway to Northolt, Islip Manor) also from London United, but it is ran from Fulwell (TF) garage. Both of these routes are ran by a batch of 8.9m Enviro 200 MMCs, complete with a Voith gearbox and ADL 'SmartPack' technology.

Both of these changes sees Abellio taking up more of the Ealing network, fitting in nicely alongside the E1, E5, E7 and E9.

The Enviro 200 MMCs working the route are fairly nice, rather boring but still nicer than some other vehicle choices on the market.
